Some people like it hotter, and we can appreciate that. Chicago Fire takes our signature vodka and turns up the heat. We start with Bhut Jolokia Ghost Peppers, grown by a local Illinois farmer, and infuse them into our 5 times distilled, 9 times filtered, Chicago Vodka. It takes two weeks to complete the infusion process, for the spices and flavors of the ghost peppers to be fully extracted. After our desired spice level is achieved, we filter the vodka one last time through our vodka stabilizing filtration system. From there, it heads to bottling where it is hand-bottled and hand-labeled, with love, like all of our Chicago Vodka products.
